A 6-week online programme to learn practical nervous system regulation in community.


What This Programme Offers

Learn the foundational skills for nervous system healing in a supportive group setting.

Over 6 weeks, we’ll cover:

  • Understanding your nervous system and the window of tolerance
  • Recognising your unique patterns of activation and shutdown
  • Practical grounding and safety practices you can use daily
  • Tools for when you’re overwhelmed, anxious, or in hypervigilance
  • Tools for when you’re shut down, numb, or dissociated
  • Integrating these practices into your everyday life

This isn’t just education – it’s experiential learning. Each session includes guided somatic practices, nervous system education, and time for questions and sharing.


What’s Included

Weekly 90-minute live sessions
Every Wednesday at 6pm GMT via Google Meets. Includes somatic practices, nervous system education, and Q&A.

Private WhatsApp community
Support and connection between sessions. Share wins, ask questions, practice together.

Session recordings
Can’t make it live? All sessions are recorded and available within 24 hours.

Guided practices
Simple, practical tools you can use daily to regulate your nervous system – no special equipment needed.


The 6-Week Journey

Week 1: Understanding Your Nervous System
Learn about the window of tolerance, hyperarousal, hypoarousal, and why your body responds the way it does.

Week 2: Awareness Phase
Begin noticing your patterns – when do you activate? When do you shut down? What are your triggers and early warning signs?

Week 3: Safety & Grounding
Learn foundational practices: grounding through your body, orienting to safety, and simple regulation tools.

Week 4: Working with Hyperarousal
Tools for anxiety, overwhelm, panic, hypervigilance, and racing thoughts.

Week 5: Working with Hypoarousal
Tools for shutdown, numbness, dissociation, brain fog, and feeling “stuck.”

Week 6: Integration
Bringing these practices into daily life. Building sustainable regulation routines.


Who This Is For

This programme is for you if:

  • You can’t afford 1:1 therapy yet but are ready to start something
  • You want foundational nervous system skills before (or alongside) deeper therapeutic work
  • You value or are open to healing in community rather than isolation
  • You’re willing to practice between sessions – this isn’t passive learning
  • You can commit to 6 weeks of showing up for yourself

This is NOT for:

  • Crisis support (please seek 1:1 therapy or crisis services)
  • Passive participation – you’ll need to practice between sessions
  • A quick fix – healing takes time and commitment

Practical Detail

Format: Live online sessions via Google Meets + private WhatsApp group

When: Wednesdays 6-7.30pm GMT (75-90 minutes)

Duration: 6 weeks

Fee: £300

Next intake: I will run 5 courses a year; Jan, March, June, Sept, Nov

Group size: Limited to 8 participants to maintain intimacy and quality
